I am an Army Combat Veteran that served my country in OIF in 2003 with the 3rd Infantry Division. I'm struggling to help my Veteran neighbors in my apartment building and I've personally witnessed 4 of my Veteran neighbors that have died here due to issues they had and never received help for. Please help.
